Returns
We want you and your pet to love everything you order. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt or order confirmation. Food, treats, supplements, and other consumables are final sale and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page on our website with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we cover the cost.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
